For our Client - global information technology, consulting and outsourcing company with services spanning financial services, retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare services, energy and utilities, technology, telecom and media, we are currently looking for Proxy Product Owner / Business Analyst to join development team in Cracow. The main purpose of the project, in which our Candidate will participate, is to build a set of open bank APIs that will be exposed on AWS as open and available to use APIs by anyone. OpenBanking is regulatory project that each bank has to adhere to and this part is to prepare scalable and efficient platform to deliver those open APIs as per regulatory requirements. Localization: Cracow As a Proxy Product Owner /BA you will be responsible for: Collaboration with product owner (PO) in order to prepare user stories for development team, Supporting PO in backlog management Working with other business analysts on program level to understand dependencies and their implications on your team Collaboration with scrum master to help team growth in terms scrum maturity Supporting project manager to keep up to date project related Confluence pages Close collaboration with development team in order to be up to date with work progress, active listening skills Answering queries from stakeholders related to development progress, being able to determine which of those should be escalated to PO or program manager Helping with onboarding developers in terms of business background introduction We seek Candidates who are: IT business analyst / system analyst experienced in agile project managementFamiliar with JIRA and Confluence JAVA stack basics, AWS basics Self-organized person, tolerating environment dynamics Experience in requirements definition, test management, release management Nice to have: Knowledge of PSD2 directive and open banking principles (both available on the internet) Hands-on programming experience Experience in financial startup Accepting remote work We offer: Salary based on B2B contract (via Devire) Long - term employment Working for a leading corporation with a stable market position Possibility to work in an international environment Benefits packages
